I want to apply to the Faculty of Science (life sciences) in McGill, yet from what I can tell I think my grades don't meet the minimum requirements...I think! I'm not sure, could anyone help me out?

McGill life sciences requires an A- average in each; Pre-Calculus, Chemistry, and Physics.
I received a B first semester and a C+ second semester of Pre-Calculus...BUT my first semester grade for Calculus Honors (this year in 12th grade) will be an A.

Could that balance out my horrendous grades for Pre-Calculus? Because the thing is, I've gotten As in four semesters of Chemistry (Chem Honors and AP Chem) and an A and a B in Physics. My GPA is 3.6 and my SAT is 2250, so overall...what do you think? Should I still try for McGill life science even though I don't meet minimum requirements?
Any suggestions? :) Thank you!
