Well, i'm down to the wire and I have to make a decision. I want to go into cognitive science or neuroscience and work with criminals to find trends in criminal behavior. I'm an african-american female who would like a school that is competitive and academically driven but also knows how to have fun. I like the city, but I also like campuses that are easy to navigate. The financial aid between the two if virtually identical. Any input that you may have is welcomed.

Thank You!

Also, I didn't wait to the last minute to make a decision, I just got my financial aid info from W&M

Case Western.
Cleveland is quite diverse, the campus is rich, and academics is quite spectacular - even though its been downplayed by the rankings. However, CWU is definitely not a place for slackers. You can see that by their acceptance rate and test scores, and if you have been accepted, they must have seen the potential in you and you can not go wrong there.
On the other hand C of W&M has a long range of law and political history, and as the oldest public school in the nation it has also earned its academic medal. However, a public school is sometimes limited on what they can do based on their funding. It is not doing bad at all compare to other public school of its caliber so far.
So if this journey, includes: international experience, enthusiastic diverse campus, and a combination of legal and medical discipline, then CWU seems like a great FIT & BALANCE.
BEST OF LUCK TO YOU.
