<p>I am an international student and have taken 2 AP courses. My school only offers two so it is the hardest curriculum I could have.
I have been involved in many extracurricular activities such as soccer, NHS, student government, interact, I have worked for FIFA, and Ive done some community service.</p>
<p>You might want to send the transcripts again. When I sent mine to USF, they lost them (even though they received them electronically, wth?). And honestly, I definitely think you’ll get in. Your SAT score is really good, and so are your extracurriculars.

<p>As for how long it’ll take to hear from them, it changes. I got my acceptance the day after they received my transcripts, which was the last thing they needed. The first letter of acceptance got lost, and then I received another one about a week after I called to have it sent again. If you’re international, then it will take longer.</p>
<p>Scholarship notices are contained in the letter, not online. If you get into Honors, you get extra scholarships (which I did, so excited!) Hope that helps!</p>

<p>My admissions counselor said it is completely normal for transcripts to take long to be transferred into their systems. Even though, I am anxious to know their decision. I guess I will wait this week, and if nothing changes I will send them again on weekend.</p>
<p>How much scholarship did you get for honors?</p>
<p>I got the USF Honors College Scholarship, which gives $2250 (it doesn’t say per year or for four years). And then I got the USF Presidential Scholars Award, which gives me $16000 or up to $4000 per year. </p>
<p>My stats were similar to yours, the only major difference being that I’m a Florida resident, and I’ve taken a few more AP classes. But you definitely have a good chance of getting into honors, and getting the same scholarships!</p>

how long did it take from sending your app and receiving the acceptance letter?</p>
<p>My case is a little complicated, lol. I received my acceptance online a day after I sent everything in (including the app, transcripts, scores, etc), though it varies from person to person. However, I never received my acceptance letter, as I guess it got lost or something. I called USF, and they resent it. After they sent it again, it took about a week to get to my house, which is about 30 minutes away, lol. </p>

<p>Just because, obviously, it’ll take longer than a week to get to you. If I got mine in a week, you’ll probably get yours in about four, at least.

and yes they’ve had everything since September…transcripts, testscores, you name it. I heard that summer 2012 applicants would be notified around thanksgiving but no such luck yet. But looking on the bright side-at least it’s another day I didn’t get a ‘NO’ lol</p>
