A Good Use for Additional Information?

My Dad wants me to use the Additional Information section to highlight my art, and i was wondering if this is an appropriate use for it or not.

I know theres an art supplement but thats usually if you want to major in art or something right? Plus this way I could scan my drawings and put them on a word document instead of sending in a CD.

Any answers?

Do it if you are sure your art is amazing, otherwise it is just more work for adcoms. I used it for my ec since I have more than what was allowed on common app.

Don’t put that stuff in your additional information. Additional information is for stuff like explanations on ECs, etc… If you want, you can elaborate more on your art in writing.

You probably should have filled out an arts supplement before the day before the deadline, but for now, I’d just let this go. Unless it was absolutely amazing and jaw-dropping art that is far beyond a typical high school level, it probably wouldn’t have helped nor hurt at colleges.
