Do any political science professors (upper or lower div classes) give out A+ grades in any amount beyond like 1 or 2 students out of 250? Its for law school GPA

What is this, middle school?

Go get laid somewhere, GPA is not the end of the world.

A+ doesn’t even affect your GPA

A+ is a 4.33 if you are applying to law schools

A lot of professors won’t give out A+‘s. I remember when I took Thies’ class he said that there ended up being 4 people who got an A+, out of a class of maybe 200. None of the A+'s that I’ve gotten have been in poli sci classes (all have been in either GEs or language), but obviously it’s hard to tell whether this is because they just don’t give out A+'s or whether I didn’t earn an A+.

I got A+s in PS 10 and PS 20. I don’t have any upper division grades yet but I would imagine it’s more than possible.

But yeah, it has zero effect on your UCLA GPA.
