A hearing impediment

One of my teachers whom I asked to write me a letter of rec mentioned my hearing impediment in the letter. It was in great context though, like "despite his hearing problem, blah blah." The letter in itself is excellent, on the Common App part she mentioned I was one of the top students she's ever had in her thirty years. I'm doing great in that class (AP Bio), but truth be told, I'm about average gradewise (top 20% in a class of 1000), applying to a prestigious university.

I've tried to keep my hearing problems concealed as best I can for the last four years out of fear something like this could happen. I was surprised that she had picked up on it. Maybe I haven't been hiding it so well. Will this affect my chances at all? For better or worse? It's already been mailed so it's not like I can do anything about it, but I'd really like to know.

Thanks.

It definitely won't hurt you if it was mentioned in a positive way
