A-level student. What are my chances?

Hey everyone!
I’m hoping you can help me figure out what colleges I’m likely to get into or should be aiming for.
As the title states, I’m an A-level student living in the UK (I’m also a U.S. citizen). My GCSE’s and A-levels are pretty awful so I’m not sure what to do.
My grades:
GCSE’s - 2A’s, 5B’s, 2C’s
A-levels - 2A’s, 1B and an extended project

I also have really good EC’s and a hook if these help.

I’d really like to apply to NYU, USC, BU, UofW and most UC’s.
But my worry is that my grades will hold me back. Any ideas? And I reaching too high? And opinions or experience would be greatly appreciated!

First of all how much can your parents afford?
What are you GCSE s in, and A Levels?
Are the A Level grades predicted and is there no As grade or for the extended project?
According to the usual translation system, you’ve got a 3.6Gpa
What’s your June sat or act score?
Without that indication, it’s impossible to chance you.
USC is definitely out, as are UcB, UCLA, UCsd. For the other UCs you may have a shot depending on your test scores, but do your parents have 55k per year?

@MYOS1634 Thanks for the reply!
My parents can afford it.
My GCSE’s are in Double Science, Math, English Language & Literature, History, Drama, Music and Citizenship.
My Alevel’s are in Biology, Psychology and Sociology. I got an A in my extended project. I forgot to mention that I also got an E in AS Chemistry so I had to drop it. That’ll bring my GPA down won’t it?
I got 2130 in my SAT first sitting and I did Bio SAT subject and got 630. I’m planning to redo the Bio and maybe some other subjects in October.
So, in your opinion, what should I be aiming for?

If the E is official, yes it’ll lower your GPA. You won’t meet the minimum UC GPA requirements anymore so cross those out (except perhaps UC Merced??? Not sure if they’re flexible).
USC is unlikely at this point. NYU is a high reach, your odds are perhaps 20% and only because your parents happen to have 280k they can spend on your education.
Is UW = Wisconsin or Washington?
If I were you, I’d look into ASU Barrett, UAlabama Honors, Pitt, Penn State (perhaps for Gateway or Paterno Scholars, not sure for Schreyer), UConn, UMass Amherst Commonwealth Honors, UGA, UWisconsin, plus LACs ranked 35 to 60 or so.
You MUST get a higher score on yotu Bio SAT subject, and take the Literature Subject too since you took it for GCSEs - 700s is the expected score since you’re expected to present your strongest subjects.

Thanks, I appreciate the advice. I’ll try my hardest the improve my scores. I ment UofWashington.
I suppose all I can do is my best, apply and see what happens.

Thanks again!

@MYOS1634 Could you help me too?

What are your predicted ALevel results at this point?
