<p>I’m a high school junior who is planning to apply Upenn ED, and I have a question. When did you send your application??? I know the dead line is Nov. 1 and I was thinking maybe I can send my application around early October, but is it too late???</p>

<p>uhhh... i sent mine in about 3 days before the deadline... and most people i know submitted theirs the saturday night preceding the monday it was due.</p>
<p>I'm sorry I seriously don't know this kind of stuff. All of my family went the Japanese university which is completely different system, and I can't ask my counselor because he doesn't know anything about college applications, admissions etc.</p>
<p>Due: November 1st = postmarked by November 1st. As long as you send it by October 31st you should be fine (I think).</p>

<p>yeah i submitted part a on oct 31 and part b at like 11AM penn time on nov1. i suggest not sending it in early. you will have extra time to proof read and have new ideas. and they dont care if you send it in on the deadline.</p>

<p>but u can send it any time before the november 1 postmark date. =D so if u want to send it August 31st (if the app is even out yet) u can. u just prolly will be at a disadvantage because people work on their applications for a long ass time</p>

<p>no... that won't happen. aren't the apps all sorted first before they even get to the adcoms? i thought they basically just got boxes of files some few days after the deadline for apps and they start reading away. i don't think it's the type of thing where they get an app, they read one.</p>
<p>for another school i submitted my app the day it was due as opposed to my friend who did it about 2 months before..my decision letter came two days before her's...so no...take as much time as you can to improve your app...</p>
