Need help FAST!

Ok so I've noticed that a "priority deadline", or a "Post-mark" date for Penn-State is November 30th. I need to quickly know the answer to whether or not we can actually mail it out on the 30th. The admissions office told me that was the "Post-mark" date, so will it be fine if I mail it out on the 30th during the afternoon?

The same goes for other colleges who have a priority deadline", or a "Post-mark" date for December 1st, can I do it on that very day, or do I HAVE to do it the day before?

Thanks a lot, and quick responses would be appreciated so I could figure this out.

You can mail it that day, be sure to get it to the post office to get it postmarked! Good luck!

They told me it needed to be received by then. However, I am sure that even if it is a few days late, it wont effect the outcome.

Usually, "postmarked" means it has to be stamped by the post office no later than that day. Don't just drop it in a mailbox; bring it to the counter and have them stamp it.
