A lot of questions about Emory/Oxford

Hi, so I got wait listed from Emory and I applied to Oxford after being wait listed. And I honestly am confused about a lot of aspects. So I was just hoping if I could get some questions answered. They may be really stupid questions, so if they are, please forgive me.

1) After 2 years at Oxford, are you guaranteed a spot at Emory with your major?
2) What must I do once I am wait listed? Does giving Emory a reply that I am interested in being wait listed imply that Emory is my #1 choice of college?
3) Is the academics at Oxford equivalent to that of Emory's? Or is it one of those "transferring from a community college to a better college" thing?
4) Is the faculty to student ratio similar between the two colleges?
5) Is the tuition price and everything(housing, food, etc.) the same as well?
6) Is getting into Oxford difficult? -And if so, about how many students do they take?
7) Since I am wait listed, do I find out if I am accepted after May 1st, which is the deadline for a lot of the SIR's for colleges?

Thank you very much in advance!

1)yes but you need to apply for the bus school or nursing school if you want to go there
2)you can stay on the waitlist and you dont have to do anything really
3)Oxford is harder from what I hear but then again, people who go there tend to have lower gpa than Emory main campus so it’s debatable
4)yes
5)tuition is the same so is the housing the only major difference is the price of food
6)getting into Oxford is not that hard
7)not sure

Actually, Emory’s tuition, fees, room and board for 2011-2012 is $7,900 more than Oxford College’s.

Oh okay, thanks for answering the questions guys!
