"A NICE WELCOMED REPLY WOULD HELP!" Can I get accepted into any of these SCHOOLS

I want to get accepted into UC Davis for fall 2015. Here is what I have:

I applied to: UCD, UCLA, UCSB, AND UCI

-2.6 Cumulative GPA weighted and unweighted.
- 1130 SAT Scores
-Took SAT II's : Biology M and Spanish, I also took Chemistry but I bombed it really bad. The other test I did alright. I haven't received my scores yet.
-Took the ACT plus writing, but I have not yet received my scores.
I go to school in Sacramento, California
-Public School
- I want to become a Surgeon, not sure on what I want to specialize in, I'll find out in 3rd year of Medical School.
- I want to major in Neurobiology, Physiology and Behavior at Davis.
-First generation student in college and first to go in my family.
- Low-Income Family: 16,693$ per year
- I do tons of extracurriculars and I am in 3 Clubs for more than 3 years. I've held leadership positions in those clubs and I am I know what it takes to be who I want to be.

Any suggestions, Ideas, solutions? I need some advice, If I don't get accepted can I TRANSFER AS A SOPHOMORE?

Thank you for reading and have a magnificent day!

How can you apply when the minimum GPA required is 3.0 for all the UC’s?? Also UC’s only accept Junior level transfers (60 sememster units or 90 quarter units). You will definitely not be accepted since you do not meet the minimum requirements. I suggest you go to a CC for 2 years, use TAG and transfer. Did you apply to any Cal States since many non-impacated campuses will accept a lower GPA?

You got a 2.6…ahahah, not a chance

I am sorry to say that UC Davis is probably out of reach. With a 2.6 GPA and and 1130 SAT you fall well out of the range for most accepted students. The average GPA for accepted students is 3.70-3.95 and the average SAT is 1810-2120. UCLA’s average GPA and SAT are 3.88 and 2,033 for admitted students, so looks like that is a very low chance as well. UCSB is 3.5 and 1812. That seems to be out of reach. UCI looks to have average GPS and SAT of admitted students at 3.58 and 1791, so once again you are out of range. Are those the only places you applied? @TheProMxn
