A question about ENGAGE

Yes...2 days till the deadline and I have a questionXD But this is important, so please help if you can><

Does anybody know if the they review the ENGAGE application along with our undergrad one? I'm writing something incredibly similar for my "why med school essay" as the one for academic interest. Should I changed it so that they don't read two similar essays? Or will it not matter since the essay DOES answer both questions?

It's too late now, but here are my thoughts: the ENGAGE application was supposed to be mailed directly to the scholarship committee, so it is almost certain that it is not considered in deciding whether to admit you. Also, the ENGAGE application asked for your tests scores and GPA, indicating that they will be relying primarily on this application rather than the common app (otherwise they could have just gotten the information from the common app). Thus, the ENGAGE committee probably won't be reading your adademic interest essay.

I didn't report all of my SAT II scores on the ENGAGE app. Mostly it was b/c they did not fit and also b/c I had a 690 from US hist that I didn't want them to see>< I did give them the SAT IIs that I thought they might consider (math 2 and chem). I am wondering, how will they know our test scores when we didn't sent an official score report?

i would imagine that they go with the scores that you report...then once they have the list of finalists, they verify the scores of those that they selected.
