a question about financial aid for international students

Is it true that UCB have not financial aid/scholarship for international applicants?

I am also interested in this.

I read somewhere that intel's can apply for financial aid for the second year. I wrote e-mail to the intel's office and they replied to me that financial aids were low. Around 5K.

Aren't there any UG internationals here.
I really need to know what's the situation and how can we reduce the taxes.

When I called, the lady said intel's do not receive financial aid...

I think it is written that intels can apply for a financial aid

yes, you can apply for financial aid after one year of enrollment. there are three types: 1) grants that partially pay for your tuition 2) work study 3) scholarships in which they actually give you money if you have high gpa and show financial need. 1 and 3 each give a maximum of $3000/semester, so the maximum you can get from those two is $12,000/year, which isn't even half of what you have to pay during one academic year.

it'd be a good idea for you guys to find sources of financial aid from your home countries.
