Hey everyone,

So I took the AP Biology Test without taking the course and received a 2.
I know that AP scores are self-reported so should I refrain from reporting this grade?

I'm faily certain I got 5s on both the US history and English Composition exams so I'm just worried about this score.

Depends on where your applying and everything else

What would you be trying to prove by reporting the score?

I do not want to go into any field of study involving biology.

My first choice school is NYU which has new testing requirements.

I’m not trying to prove anything by reporting the score; I just want to know if reporting the score would hurt my chances at admission.

Schools don’t really weigh heavily your AP scores when determining admission. A lot of schools don’t really like APs because they do a poor job of replacing college courses.
