A sphomore med student in Egypt who wants to transfer to Harvard

I am a second year medical student at faculty of medicine Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt. To be honest, I hate it here and already regretting not applying to a US premed program. I was't thinking straight at the time. I am an IGCSE graduate but I never took the SAT. My all time dream is to study medicine at Havard and I am not compromising. I just need to know what my situation is to the admission there. Am I rejected already? do I need to take the SAT to apply or can I be taken as a transfer student because as I mentioned before I am a sophomore med student. Please answer and thank you!

In the U.S. students spend four years (age 18-22yrs) earning an undergraduate Bachelor’s degree (in sciences, pre-med, or other subjects), then they take the MEDCAT test which is required for medical school applications, and complete the applications.

There will also be an english language comprehension test to pass.

You should email the U.S. med schools and explain the details of your situation, they will be able to give you the best answers.
