AA/AS Degree from Community College for UC/CSU application

Hi I have a quick question since I have already turned in my application and am worried a bit now. So I applied last week with the intention that I was getting an associates degree from my Community College, but a week after I have turned it in I have realized that I won’t be able to get it anymore due to missing one class and not being able to fit it on my schedule. Will UC’s and CSU’s care if I said I am getting an Associates’s degree and then now not being able to get it? I have a high GPA, and a good amount of activities + good PIQ’s (for the UC’s). Could this negatively affect me and not let me in a school since they see I’m not getting it anymore? I will try to let them know in the application update that I wont get it anymore, but will it look bad if I was getting it, then now I’m not?

Thanks

Make sure that you update your application.

Is it an AA-T or AS-T relevant to your major that you are no longer able to complete? That may be relevant for CSU.

No its just a normal Assosiates in Sciecne degree for Computer programming. My major is computer science but its not a AS-T. I am getting a AS-T in math if that helps though lol. Would it affect much if they seen it on the normal app then not any more on the application update ? (mostly im worried for the UC’s and SJSU) Thanks
