aaaahhhhhhhhh chances for EECS

I keep getting worried since people have been saying how berkeley is increasing in selectivity even moreso than before. (not that this thread can help with that)

UC GPA: ~4.24

ACT - 33

SAT II's:
Math IIC - 760
Physics - Still need to take; should be in 700's

In-state, should be ELC, class rank is top 1-2%

AP's: World History, Stats, Calc BC, Physics C Mech, U.S. History, AP Eng. Lang.
All 4's and 5's

College Classes (all A's):
Java Programming
Linear Algebra
Calc III
Physics E/M
Physics: Light, heat, modern, etc

EC's (main):
-Research (been doing since 8th grade; independent research at home; have worked in a lab once though; I've developed a product/design which I'm getting patented and hopefully will be marketing soon)
-Fencing (since 8th grade)
-Part of County Gov.

Community Service:
I think around 150 - 200 hours or so, not completely sure.

Awards:
Winner of Regional Sci. Fair x 2
ISEF x 2
Siemens Regional Finalist
Lots of other awards from science fairs as well (don't want to list right now)

hmm I think that's it

i have friends who got in with similiar stats to you. have you considered taking sat I in addition to your act?

....that's more than enough...

you look fine and you're instate
gluck!

If you get 700+ on Physics, you look like a match, but I personally think your ECs could be a tad bit more. Are you involved in any clubs at your school that relate to science, engineering, and/or technology (and do you have any leadership positions in these clubs?). Independent research looks good, though.

Berkeley: match

No...I'm not involved in any clubs in my school. Never really been interested in any. Though I was class president for a year...But even though it doesn't look like I have that many EC's, these EC's pretty much take up all my time.

anything else?
