About Apartment and transportation

Hello everyone,
I have been looking at apartment lately since I think I m coming to ucsd in the fall.
There are lots of apartments and I have no ideas where to live. Does anyone have any suggestion about which district is convenient and safer? and those apartment close to school is pretty expensive I can drive but I heard that the parking in ucsd is always full ? how is the situation actually? I m more like a morning person. how is the situation of parking in school like 8:00 am every morning? I hope you guys can give me some advice.

I don’t live off campus so unfortunately I can’t offer very good advice. I can just tell you that I’ve heard places along the Nobel and 201 bus routes are the best places to live, so that would be apartment complexes like International Gardens, Costa Verde, La Regencia, etc. I recommend starting your search around the La Jolla Village Square area. I don’t drive but I’ve heard that you should get to campus either on weekends or really early or late to get parking, so it’s a good thing you’re a morning person. You’ll probably have to get to campus exceedingly early on days when you have morning classes if you want to get parking and not risk being late (I think someone told me 6:30-7 is best). Some people also park at certain spots off campus… you can pm me

Awesome , thanks for the reply and it actually helps :)
