About princeton interviews

Does Princeton email you about the interview first or does Princeton just call you directly?

a princeton guy called me

The alumni will contact you directly, via phone or email I would suppose. Mine was through email.

I havent been contacted yet, and I know someone in my area who went to princeton, i dont know if he conducts interviews, but if i dont get contacted for an interview, should i assume i didnt get in or what

As far I as know, Princeton said on its website that it would try and contact all their applicants. I don't think you should just assume that they will reject you!

I, myself, also got a call from an alum who lived only abotu one mile away so it was very convinent. They do try to get you an interview.

I got a call for an interview with a Cornell alumni and he lives about 5 hours away. Probably going to do a phone interview. Does Princeton ever have phone interviews.

I got a call, and the interview will be held somewhere 350 miles away from my home.... anyway, good luck everyone!

I got an email from a recent grad, but she lives about 1 1/2 hrs away..so more driving for me next week!

ouch. do you live in alaska or something? lol

Nope. West Virginia. And for my MIT interview, I had to drive 2 HOURS to Wheeling, Pennsylavia. :(

Wheeling, West Virginia you must mean. That's not PA. I've lived in the
Tri-State (Cleveland - Pittsburgh - West Virginia area) area my whole life, sorry I just had to point that out.

Oops, sorry, I meant WV. Thanks for pointing that out.
