I know this is the most accurate prep book out there, cos it's made by the CB. However, I'm REALLY skeptical about the difficulty of their Math IIC and Bio M and E test. I took Bio M in May, and found the actual in May to be harder than the practice one. Similarly, I just took the Math IIC in the CB book, and their test was a literal joke. I mean, you don't even need precal for this, all you need is some common sense and a calculator.

Do you guys also find that CB is getting harder on its subject tests in terms of question difficulty?

I'm really concerned because I don't want to be caught unaware on test day.

So the real ones nowadays would look a bit more like Barron's? I'm using Barron's and Meylani, and although I don't score real well on them (740-780 range) I heard they were harder than the actual one.

if you get 740+ on Barrons, you have a great chance of getting a 800 on the real thing.
I never achieved a 700 on one of their practice tests, and ended up with a 790.

I totally agree with u Watson&Crick, in my sophomore year I wanted to take the World History SAT II, I took the CB practice tests and I got a 770, and a 780. I was really confident and didn't even bother studying for it. On the actual thing, I ended up getting a 700. Now I am retaking the SAT II WH and am actually studying for it.
