About UIC

<p>Hi, I don't know if this is the right forum or not. But I've been hearing a lot of negative stuff about UIC where I'm planning on going. I'm going to major in computer science and I was wondering to all current UIC students, how is it? What's up with the bad rep?? How is the campus, academics, job opportunities. People say you won't get a job if ure from UIC but that doesn't make any sense. It doesn't mean ALL the good people go to ivy leagues or anything, and I hear UIC engineering is good..I would really appreciate it if someone gave me some insight on the matter. I really want to go here and want to be in chicago...thanks a lot</p>
