abouyt internship

i'm a freshamn in College
but wanted to ask a question about internships and also co-ops?

whens the best time to start them?

The best time would be the Freshman year. Earlier the better.
But most people do it on their Junior Year.

fresh?

a little too early right?

i mean u havnot learned much

Its never too early. You wont get the best internship, or the best spot at a company. I had one after my freshmen year, and have had one each school year and summer since.

<a href="http://www.college-investor.com%5B/url%5D">www.college-investor.com</a></p>

I'm an intern at an accountancy firm as a book keeper, and to tell you the truth, I haven't taken any accounting classes prior to my intern. But they still accept me.

The whole point of internship is to learn the skill. Even if you dont acquire any skill, you will learn it in intern. And even if you do have significant knowledge on that field, you'll have to relearn most of the thing to suit for the company you'll be working in.

So really, it's never too early.

Agreed. I'm a freshman in college and I spent last summer interning at a design firm and this semester I'm interning in the fundraising department of an NPO.
