Absolute Best Prep-ACT Book/CD

I tried Kaplan, didn't like it. Advice guys?

i’ve only used one so i can’t compare, but the princeton review’s cracking the act was pretty helpful.

the red book fo sho

Kaplan is horrible company. They recycle old test.

I dont get the Kaplan hate, it brought me from a 29 to a 33

Get the official red ACT book! Generally, I like Princeton Review for everything - they are fairly accurate with their practice tests…Kaplan’s always too easy for me. Barron’s is too hard, and won’t necessarily help you by overpreparing you, imo.

@ Kaplan is a very deceitful company. 2010 Premier book of theirs repeated 2 math sections. 2010 premier book stole one test from the 2009 book of theirs. 2011 Premier book contain the same tests as the 2010 but they fix the repeated 2 math section by adding a new one. They offer test online which repeats yet again. The flash cards from Kaplan is trash, too.

I sent an email to Kaplan but got no reply which led me to believe they have poor customer service.
