Academic dismissal GPA question

So I was academically dismissed couple years ago from UCR and since then I have been taking classes at community college. I’m planning on transferring to either UC or CSU this year.

My question is does the GPA I received at UCR, which I failed most of them, account to my current GPA which I will be submitting to UC/CSU?

Did you retake the failed courses at UCR? Did you try to reapply to UCR?

You are ineligible to transfer to ANY UC campus if you were previously dismissed from an UC campus due to unsatisfactory academic performance. To become eligible to transfer, you must work with your UC campus to remove the academic dismissal. To initiate the process, speak with an academic advisor from your college.

Students who were previously enrolled at a UC campus and want to transfer to a different UC campus must be in good academic standing (last term and/or cumulative UC GPA of 2.00 or above) at their prior UC campus to be considered for transfer admission, even if that UC campus is not their last school of attendance.

All courses completed, and grades and units earned at a UC campus during fall, winter, spring and summer terms are transferable to another UC campus (however, some UC Extension courses may not be transferable). This means the UC GPA “follows” you to another UC campus.
