<p>Hi Pharmagal! Unfortunately I’m not a NJ’ite, but from the New England area. I was like your S too last week. For me, the ivys represented the epitome of intelligence. Not being accepted last week kind of made me feel a bit depressed until I realized that my sorrow was going to waste as I had some fantastic schools that were offering me great packages. I had realized that I would make the most out of my education wherever I go to college, whether that is at an ivy league or at another top college. </p>
<p>BU students can’t get the Trustee after the first year at BU as it is given to graduating seniors entering the university. There are 20 students who are given this honorable scholarship so it is very competitive. There are other scholarships that students can apply for after their first year in college. I’m not positive so, I would suggest you look on the BU financial aid website for more information in regards to that. </p>

Congrats to you too!!! Those are some very awesome schools you got accepted to but I can see why you are choosing the BU SMED. Cutting off a year of education and getting early admission to a medical school is a major plus. </p>

It gives us some idea of where the docs from BU were being accepted in 2003.</p>
<p>It would be good to have historical data for 2005, 2006, and 2007 as well. So, we could figure out trends as well........whether there are increases in acceptance rates at certain institutions or decreases etc.</p>
