Acceptance chances in MsC Sports Management

Im very shy on the GPA with 2.77 on my overall but I have 3.0 on my last 2 years and an upward trend, 3.3 on my last semester... 3.0 GPA in my major (marketing)

I will be taking the GMAT but with the prep I'm doing I feel very confident I will score above the 590 average they have.

I have 4 recommendation letters, 1 from a teacher, 2 from work (one where I was titled VP Marketing for a small company which makes judo gears and one from a huge company in Quebec, the liquor board) and finally one from the Olympic Judo coach who happens to be my coach.

I'm an international student from Canada (I don't know if that really changes anything but yea...), and I've been doing judo with the Olympic team for 5 years and doing judo for 14 years now.

So basically I'm asking if I score well on the GMAT although im very shy on the GPA do I still have chances to be accepted. The minimum GPA they ask for is 2.75 and they said on average they have a 3.4 GPA. I have great ideas on what to write in my statement of goal, I really know where I want to be in life... but my issue is more grade wise and if my letter and GMAT can compensate.

Thank you :)

PS: don't hold your thoughts, if you think it's a dead please do say so.

No one please?

Grad school is a different beast than undergrad, mostly around here we are dealing with undergrad.

You always have a chance, so you have nothing to lose by applying. As a moderately well-known Canadian named Wayne Gretzky said, “you miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.”

Good luck!

Thanks for the insight about people mostly dealing with undergrad matters, I still hope someone will be able to answer me, someone perhaps with previous a experience!
