acceptance letter

i misplaced my acceptance letter...so does anyone else who has gotten one know if the letter said anything resembling that our acceptance to the UW is conditional in that we have to maintain our grades?

like i've heard of people who have slacked off after they got accepted and they were fine. has anyone ever heard of anyone getting their admission rescinded? what would you have to do to get it rescinded?

Not in the acceptance letter, but in the Welcome Booklet (which came in the second letter), there are certain coditions for you to meet in order for you to be officially accepted.
Basically, admission is pending your completion of the requirements. For example, UW requires 4 years of english in hs- so you must complete your senior year of english in a satisfactory manner.... the only reason why you wouldn't complete 4 years of english would be if you got no credit in the class by getting an 'F'. Even a 'D' is passing, so I'm guessing that as long as you pass, you'll be set to go.

Multiple D's are risky, though.
