I received a D in AP Lit first semester. However, I’ve been taking classes outside of school to remediate the D. Will my acceptance still be rescinded?

A UCSD Condition of Acceptance stated that no grades under a C would be accepted. Does this only hold true for those students who do not remediate the low grade or does this also include those taking extra classes to remediate the grade?

The only people who know the answer to this question is UCSD Admissions. You absolutely need to notify them of the situation and get their approval of your remediation plan. You aren't the ony one going through this kind of thing and they know that. Call them or email them. Today!

im actually in the same situation, but its onsidering calc AB AP for first semester. however i mailed ucsd (they didn't want any e-mails) around mid-feb. about my grade and my compensation for it by taking it at a cc. i was admitted, but wondered what they did about my letter and i just called, but this old lady picked up and said that they havne't read any of those letters yet.....so now im worried....
