not great ECs so anyone worrying about that i guess thats good news.

Finally

I finished my app and submitted everything last week. Its a bit late i know, but I SOOOOOOOOOOOOO hope I'm in! >.>

yess!!! I was so happy when I recieved the acceptance email into the engineering program!!!

They did not talk about any scholarships that I might have won or about being admitted into the honors program in the email itself. Will it be in the letter that they said they will mail out?

Thanks

I got my merit scholarship award letter in the mail one week after my acceptance. I think you have to email them and say you are interested in the honors program.

honors program is for LSA not engineering...

theres no honors program for engineering?

Only the college of LSA has an Honors program.

So has anyone been accepted since after Michigan's winter break? I was eagerly awaiting today because I heard they'd postponed decisions until Jan. 10 due to their legal battle. Maybe that meant they wouldn't actually review applications received after Dec. 8 (when the law was placed into effect) until Jan. 10.

I thought everything in my application was complete October 28. I received e-mail 4/4 on November 8. I received my Friend Account information on November 11. However, they somehow did not receive the recommendation my teacher sent electronically, so we had to fax that, and that was received on November 28. So when was my application considered complete? I'm angry about this. They need to perfect that electronic submission system, as I've read that this is a common problem. Anyway, I hope my application was considered complete October 28. This better not effect my admission! I already felt I was borderline! (3.65 UM GPA, 2130 SAT, sweet essays, decent recs most likely, decent EC's, varsity tennis)

If your last item wasn't received until November 28, then that is when it was complete.

The law went into effect on December 22nd, not December 8th.

Everyone who is getting their decisions: When did you apply? I applied Nov. 28...when do you think I'll get my decision?

^ I applied the exact same day as you. Hopefully we should be getting those soon...I really want to know!

^ Haha I know. I check every day and am making myself sooo anxious. Be sure to post here when you get ur decision online. I will, too.

Where exactly on WA is your acceptance notification? Is it like a glaring, can't-miss link? Or do I have to click on the Credentials or Application Data links? Thanks for the help!

i know, im getting really really anxious. practically on the verge of insanity. i sent in my app 10/24, but it wasn't complete until 11/14. i know that i should take the break and this whole proposal 2 stuff into account, but it's been 2 months and i can't take it anymore. and seeing that people got accepted today and my WA not showing anything doesn't help either. i just want to know!! im starting to worry that something got messed up.............................. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

i'm pretty sure it's a third link next to "View application data" and "View Credentials"

I applied 11/14
