I’ve been accepted at Grinnell this year RD, but I can’t attend because I didn’t get enough financial aid. There were a lot of inaccuracies last time in my CSS Profile, so I will be applying next year again with a corrected CSS. Will this affect my chances of getting into Grinnell next year?
I think you would be wise to call the school directly, either admissions or financial aid office, and ask them the question directly.
You can probably send them an updated CSS. Also, what about deferring your enrollment for a year - does Grinnell allow that?
You should appeal your financial aid and give them the new information if there were inaccuracies. Also ask about deferring your enrollment. I know you can do this for a year, I’m just not sure how this affects financial aid.
