My financial aid page just says that Document tracking thing and when I select "access", it says that I did not submit to UCLA. Anyone else in this situation? Any advice?

Thanks!

you need to call them, I'm in the same situation as you. I called them on Monday, and they told me to submit a dependence verification form or sth. to them.
so better call them and ask~

same here.
jw though, do you guys have low efc's?
possibly they are only requesting the verification for low efc admits?

how do you check if you received financial aid???

myucla
find the finance in the scrollbar beneath the big UCLA picture

financial aid status

yea i have a low efc

pk38555- what number do I call? is it the 310-206-0400 number?

you basically have to go to the financial aid page, the place where you hit login, find the forms page, and find the appropriate verification form (either dependent or independent)
its a headache to do, jump on it.

eaad----- yeah call that number
and i have a low efc also~

thanks a lot everyone

someone please help me out.

so i sent in my fafsa on february 2nd, and it was received or "completed." then they asked me to fix a few things because apparently they needed some verification on the income and tax (guess because my efc was low as others above me have said)...so i verified my estimates yesterday on march 27th, but it said that it would take 3 days to be processed? and somewhere else it said possibly 5-10 days? what i'm asking is...will my fafsa be late, considering it's due march 30th? i'm really worried about the potential decrease in my financial aid that i will receive due to these "errors" or "verification" steps i needed to take for my fafsa...

id like to know the answer to etti's question as well

etti--- probably not going to decrease ur financial aid. Well I had the same problem, and i sent my verification on 26th. I think you need to give them at least one weak to process ur verification. so yeah~ just wait...

what is verification and where can I find information about it? Thanks!

so we need to send in the dependent verification form thats it right?

UCLA Financial Aid Office - Forms | Petitions | Verification Forms
here's the link fomr dependent verification form
I think that's about it, at least that's the only thing i did~

When i put my mouse over the No Request before Financial aid document tracking,
it says either they did not receive yoru fafsa or "we are unable to determin your status because a statement of Intent to register has not been completed

thank you so much pk38555! What would I do without you? haha

hahaha~ np

should i send in my tax returns as well, along with my dependent verifcation form?

^Yeah~ I think if you send your tax returns, then you have to send only the first page of the dependent verification form (not sure, but thats what i did)
