<p>I came home today and pulled the mail from my mailbox... saw a thick envelope from Colgate and my heart jumped, but last time it was only thier viewbook and I was all excited over nothing. Still anxious, I rushed inside... and what do I find? A calendar, car-sticker, wonderful acceptance letter and a $42,050 financial aid award. The only thing I could think? "OMGOMGOMGOM!!one!1!" :D</p>
<p>He wrote me the most wonderful personal note... my stats were previously posted for anyone curious, but oh my goodness, I can't imagine being happier!</p>

SAT 2170 (690 - 750 - 730)
SAT II (lousy~) 660 Chem and 650 Math
GPA: 3.82 UW</p>

<p>If you don't mind, what were your financial stats? (parental income, savings account, home equity, etc) That's a WHOLE lotta of money you got there...$42000.</p>

<p>congradulations I guess I'll be seeing you in august (I was accepted early decision). I only just discovered this site and I cannot believe there are so many fellow class of 2010 out there.</p>

<p>Well, that explains the amount of your generous financial award....they plan to get it back from you!</p>
