Accepted into Rutgers SAS, but i want to major in Engineering. should i go to a CC?

<p>I just got into Rutgers' school of arts and sciences, but i wanted to go to engineering, should i try to transfer from one school to the other, or better start at community college and then try to get into engineering?</p>
