I am one of the 697 awesome people to have been accepted...
and I was browsing through all of our profiles on the admitted website.
I have to say that everyone looks really...attractive? I don't know how to explain it.
There seems to be a lot of model-types.
Just confirms that Princeton is the Ivy with the best-looking students
:D

lololol ivymania, this is awful but I was thinking the same thing. as I was scrolling through I was like, “goshdarnit I would date any of these boys!” and then I was like, “oh no all the girls are more attractive than me there goes that plan.”

That’s because almost all of us used our senior pictures, many of which are professionally done and nearly all of which are Photoshopped. Mine looks far more attractive than I actually am. :)

Just for fun, let’s use a little deductive reasoning… popular/well-liked people are usually attractive (yes, there’s personality and other factors but being attractive gives you a head start). Popular people are the ones commonly elected to officer positions. Princeton likes to see officer positions to judge an applicant’s leadership ability. When the ones with several officer positions (that they are committed to) apply to Princeton, they have a higher chance of getting in. This creates an extremely attractive student body and the cycle continues.

Yeah, everyone looks super gorgeous! Luckily for us, I think it’s 51% guys and 49% girls. So even if all the girls are prettier than us, there’s still going to be that extra 2% of guys. Optimism! ;)
