<p>My son is American but we live overseas and he received an e-mail acceptance from the international admissions officer's assistant- which was very kind since he is waiting on snail mail from several others who refuse to e-mail!!</p>

<p>wait...was macalester supposed to send it out this early? did they not have the same April 1 date as everyone else? or does this mean others might send them out this early, even if they're not supposed to notify until the 1st?</p>
<p>Wow. I got phenomenal aid. Like, almost the entire cost. This was esp. good since i couldnt afford it otherwise, but then again, a lot of other colleges offered me similar amonts of money. It took them a really long time to send the fin.aid letter- i was accepted like march 2nd</p>

<p>Hey, I just got an email from Mac - accepted with a Kofi Annan Scholarship...Planning to do Biochem or something similar. Does anyone know how Mac rates as far as the Biosciences go?
