D received her acceptance letter on Monday the 24th. Wow. Deadline for EA apps is December 1st (she sent all her EAs out the end of October) and notifications are listed as Feb 1st on CB. We figured it was just another brochure or marketing piece. Came in plain white large envelope, nothing too special, but had the acceptance and merit award listed on enclosed letters with a couple of stickers. Waiting now to hear about an invite to the honors program and any financial aid they might award as well. Even with the top scholarship, she is light years away from affordability. Anyways, it was a fun surprise for her.

Congratulations to your D, @NEPatsGirl!

Thank you momsings, this is our first rodeo so every little thing is fun (so far)!

Congrats! My D’s came today. Our merit aid letter was behind the acceptance letter. The folder was a little different from the other acceptances she’s received. She loves IC, but Financial aid is a definite must!

Congrats to your daughter gauchogirl66. Where else has your D been accepted?

Was her status online updated at all, or was the letter her first indication of acceptance? Congratulations!

In our case, it was snail mail. I’m not even sure D has checked the online status lol. I really should have her do that for all six schools.

Alabama, Oregon, Baylor. Her first indication from Ithaca was the online status updated and letter came the next day.

My S received his acceptance on 12-22, with merit, to the music school. He is thrilled and looking forward to attending Ithaca. Senioritis has definitely started making an appearance.

Momsings – our son passed his pre-audition and has his audition for the music school in February. Could you tell us about the audition process? What instrument did your son apply for? Thanks.
Should we start this up again? My son received his acceptance letter yesterday – to the music school for Sound Recording Technology/Drum Set. He’s already paid his deposit!
