<p>I'm in Michigan (vaguely metro-Detroit, outside of Ann Arbor area) and haven't gotten anything in the mail or email; my prospective student portal hasn't changed at all, but the links section isn't working, so that doesn't really say much.</p>

<p>I just got an email a few minutes ago, saying "Good News from American University"; I opened it, and it told me to click on a link. I did and this animation came up with a mailbox and an eagle saying Congratulations! Your acceptance letter is in the mail!!!!</p>

<p>congrats ..d got waited listed at unc yesterday and could use good news..this has been a very emotional experience and I can't believe I get to do it again with child #2..when I went you applied with a number 2 pencil and got in and it only cost $3300 a year to a small las...not the same..now all of you need to save the world from the evil doers around</p>
