<p>D got the animated email as well. Her application status has not changed online though. Says the acceptance letter is in the mail. She doesn't know yet.......</p>
<p>I just got the email too. I must say that their method of notification was my favorite of the schools I've heard from. I also was accepted to Miami today, so it's been a good day for me, as far as college acceptances go. </p>
<p>Congratulations to everyone else as well. I hope I end up at American next year, but it will depend on financial aid.</p>

<p>Our D got the email this afternoon. AU is her first choice and she was very excited when I called her with the news. We are in Washington State. Now we just have to see if they give her enough financial aid so we can afford to have her go.</p>

<p>for those asking about financial aid, it may already be on the website...mine was...just have your s/d log into their student portal and click on financial aid status, then go to the award for the 08-09 school semester...thats how i found mine</p>
