I accidentally made a mistake when reporting skills when I selected the wrong SATII subject and clicked submit.

Realizing this, I quickly went back to try and change it but I was not able to so instead i reported it again, this time with the right SATII subject.

I am a little worried about this:" For tests marked as "un-official", Harvard has not yet received official score reports from the appropriate testing agencies. In order for your application to be considered complete, you must request that your official test scores be submitted to Harvard by the testing agency on your behalf."

Certainly the mistake one would be "un-official" as I never took that SATII subject.

However, I have met the requirements of an ACT/SATI and 3 SATIIs.

If this is the case, would score choice applicants have to do the same thing if they took the SAT I multiple times, reported that in the common app, and only sent one?

I sent all of my scores, but I’m guessing score choicers would have a similar issue?

Just send a note to the fileroom email address. I know someone who did the exact same thing and admissions said it’s no big deal. Just send a note indicating the mistake. Your official scores are all they care about.

I think i should be fine as i still provided them with the required test scores, just not all the ones i wrote i did. Same as score choice, and since they take score choice, i hope/think i am good.

I had a similar mistake ( sort of?) I marked Math2C for the SAT II instead of Math2. I called the adcom office and the lady said that it really doesn’t matter. She said that they really only look at your OFFICIAl score report. The scores and tests you put on your app are just there in case your official scores don’t come for a while, the adcoms still want to look at your scores to get a range of who you are.

Math IIC was marked on mine from the start even though I never reported it. I know others that had the same problem and am worried that it comes up with some random low (unofficial) score. However, I’ve sent in 3 official test scores and they’ve been updated on the portal. Should I do anything to remove the Math IIC score? I have no idea what it is or why it turned up…
