Accidentally cancelled a campus visit?

Hello!

So I had originally reserved a spot for me and my parents to visit USC tomorrow at 11 am, but at 6:20 pm today, my mother didn't tell me that I would have to make room in order for my younger siblings to come. I tried editing the number of group members in my party but I ended up accidentally cancelling my reservation.

Now I'm freaking out because I can't create a new reservation for tomorrow. I'm assuming it's because the admissions office closes at 5 and they close of reservations at that time.
I still have the email for my previous reservation (the one w/ me and my parents), but I'm worried. Will it still work? Am I still able to attend the tour or do I have to create a new reservation on a different day?

Someone reply soon please! I'm honestly stressing out like crazy now and it's not making it any easier with my parents yelling at me. D:

Why don’t you ask this in the USC forum where more people may have experience with this. Good luck.

I’m new to these forums. But thank you!! Where do I go for that…?

I’m sorry, I should have posted the link to their forum. On your left you’ll see a list of forums in bold, blue. Under Top Forums click ‘Colleges’, then you’ll see an alpha list and click on ‘S’, you’ll see University of Southern California at the bottom.

Just show up. They’re not going to turn you away. It’s no big deal. Really.

Look at it this way - if you can’t create a new reservation, then neither can anyone else . . . so the space you opened up when you cancelled will still be there in the morning. :)

So here’s what you do:

(1) Tell your parents that it’ll be okay.

(2) Call USC first thing in the morning, tell them about your mistake, and ask them to reinstate your reservation.

(3) Show up. Enjoy your visit.

In the unlikely event that you can’t reach the admissions office by phone, show up anyway, and make sure to identify yourself to the staff so they know you visited.

just call the admissions office - it shouldn’t be a huge deal
