<p>I RSVPed for the reception tomorrow earlier this week. I didn't think it would be necessary (since I've toured the school during Preview Day and I've already submitted my housing application, so it seems kind of pointless to tour the dorms now) but I figured it would be nice to go.</p>
<p>Anyway, this weekend has been very stressful and it would be a huge strain to drive all the way up to LA tomorrow. I wanted to cancel my reservation, but I guess it's too late for that, since when I checked USConnect the "cancel reservation" button had disappeared.</p>
<p>My question is: will I get in trouble if I just don't show up? Will I be punished in any way? I know it's rude to RSVP and then not come, but there's no way of letting the school know that I can't come.</p>
