So I'm a senior who will be headed off to Wake Forest this coming fall. For my last semester I've taken accounting and have scored 99% overall for each quarter grade. This class isn't a blow off class & it can qualify a person for credit at the local community college. I've started thinking about what classes I should take my first year of college and asked my teacher whether or not I should start off with Accounting 111 right away. He said I definitely should especially since I'll have good background in the material. But I'm worried because others talk about how difficult it is. As a prospective accounting major I want to get the best grades as possible and be the best. So any advice on whether I should pursue taking this class right away or later would be great. Thank you for any help and sorry this was so long!

I am an old CPA. If you did 99%, you can Intro to Financial Accounting.

Intro financial accounting isn’t really that difficult. I think you will be fine.

Okay thanks!

Any “intro” course (excluding intro to thermodynamics) is not really anything to be concerned about as it is the one of the most basic courses
