Accounting major and time management

I just got accepted as a transfer with an AA wooo :)
my major is accounting, and i was wondering if anyone knows how much time i will be dedicating to these classes outside the classroom? i will be starting there as a junior (upper division) and want to know if i will still have a social life or will i be one of those kids locked up in their room studying for the next 2 years.

Any comments are appreciated

Since nobody has answered you…
Accounting courses are not easy and once you get to the more advanced courses you will decide if it is right for you.
You might want to contact a student who is involved with either Beta Alpha Psi [College of Business | Beta Apha Psi](http://cob.fsu.edu/students/orgs/bap/) or the Accounting Society [College of Business | Accounting Society](http://cob.fsu.edu/students/orgs/accsoc/) to get a better feel for the time commitment.

FYI – you could take the 5th year undergraduate program [College of Business | Accounting Department | Accounting Fifth Year Program](http://cob.fsu.edu/acc/fifth_year.cfm) to meet the requirements of the CPA exam instead of the more costly MAcc [College of Business | Accounting Department | Contact Us](http://cob.fsu.edu/acc/macc.cfm) program.
