So I just got my May 5th SAT back, and I did pretty decently with a 2,210 overall (M:750 CR:730 W:730/10 on the essay).

I hope I don't sound arrogant, but I didn't study or prepare that much as I've always been pretty good at standardized tests and figured I'd do about as well as I did on the PSAT, 219. I did have a take a 4-session, 4 hour per session PSAT prep class my school offers for students who scored well sophomore year, but that was waaaaaay back in October or whenever. Since then, I've just been doing the SAT question of the day via email and a the review questions the night before the test.

Given that, if I were to spend a couple hours a week studying over the summer and taking some practice exams, what's a reasonable score to shoot for in October? Obviously a 2,350+ would be awesome, but I'm just not sure how feasible that is since getting a 150 point increase at this level is much harder than if I had originally scored a bit lower.

I'm not super concerned over my score since breaking 2,200 is good enough for most of the schools I'm considering, but hey, a higher score could mean more merit money so it can't hurt, right?

Thanks guys!
