I already sent my SAT scores to Dartmouth, and they were a 2110 SAT and a 770 on Bio M. I plan on taking Math 2 and possibly English Lit SAT subject tests. I am also going to take the ACT w/essay, and I am fluctuating between a 34 and a 35 after 6 practice tests (I do not have anyone to grade my essays, as the new essay takes effect in September). Should I retake the normal SAT again since I already sent the scores and they were crappy, or am I safe with my guaranteed 34 on the ACT and my 700-range subject tests?
Actually, let me rephrase that. I understand no one is “safe”, but am I in “ok” standing, or will it be looked down upon that I sent a low SAT score?
A 34 ACT is a strong score. Take the ACT and sent that. Or you could take the SAT and get a 2300, but I think taking the ACT is safer for you.
