I just saw that only 5% of applicants submit an ACT score to Georgetown. If i send mine(instead of SAT), will this hurt my chances/ will I be looked down upon by admission officers?

The short answer is no. The longer answer is maybe. The point of submitting test scores is to compare you with the other applicants. It is harder to do that between two tests (even with conversion matrices, etc.) If you have a reasonable SAT score that is near your ACT, I would send that instead (or just send both).

i got in ea with a competitive act score and no sat's or sat ii's submitted... so it is possible. but as the above poster said, if you have two comparable scores go with the sat.

yea i would def. send my SAT if it were compatable, but sadly its not.

So know i have to go through the SAT II's and hope for some good results.

Georgetown says the SAT II are "recommended," any inside info on this?

Georgetown just converts your ACT score into an SAT score and treats it as if it were the SAT. My ACT scores were substantially higher than my SAT scores, and I'm pretty sure had I not submitted the ACT I would not have been admitted to the SFS.
