Are there any?
And if so, what are they typically?

Are there ever -1 = 36 ACT curves?

^ Yes, and on very rare occasions, even -2 = 36 curves.

If there is a -1/-2 curve, it’s almost always reading.

I’m assuming…

English
-1 = 35

Math
-1 = 35

Reading
-1 = 35

Science (on account of the difficulty)
-1 = 36

Science never allows you to miss 1 and get a 36 except for one test I took which had a question which required some obscure prior information. It went:

-0,1 = 36
-2 = 34

So, it still balanced out as 35 wasn’t possible.

Difficult math sections usually have a -1 36 curve.
Reading has a very rare chance of -1, science too. Almost never happens though.

I’m new to the ACT, what is an MEDIUM difficulty test’s curves usually for -1 to -3?

I missed one on math and got a 36.
