ACT Help and Advice Please!

Hello everyone I am Peter. I have a 97.8 average in High School and I really want to get a scholarship to a nice college. However, I am not very good at Standardized Testing. I took the ACT for the first time after getting no sleep because of something I had to attend. I was wondering if my first score is bad and if it is possible to improve four points to a 32. All help is appreciated!

I know the 25 Science looks bad, I got a 34 on my practice one. I want to major in Biology as well.. I don't know what happened. Is there any advice on what to do to get a 32? Is a 32 possible for me? And will colleges discredit my average because of a low ACT? I haven't taken nor plan to take the SAT 1. I will take SAT II though.

Thank you!

Tests like these are meant to be studied for. Get the official ACT/SAT test prep books and work through those tests. Looking at lots of problems is your best bet for a high score! If you still feel that you need an extra boost, try taking private/semi-private classes at a reputable test prep company in your area.

I took one practice test before but that was it. I got a 32 on it and felt confident. I guess I just screwed up science. Thanks for the advice I do need more practice.
