ACT New Writing scores fluctuation

Did anyone notice that the ACT writing scores of the new 2015 enhanced writing tests fluctuate almost too much? On the September test, I got 33(11/11/10/11); on December test I got 22 (8/8/8/8). I am perplexed since the way I write can not change that dramatically.

However, we must admit that ACT is a really unpredictable test; and testing environment matters a lot. Below are my scores of Reading and Science sections of the past 3 exams:
June: R22/S35
September: R33/S28
December: R29/S31

But I still could not believe that my writing scores fell so dramatically. They are both, at the end, my own writing.
Anyone experiencing the same?

11/11/10/11 was not a 33 on the September ACT. I had 11/11/11/11 and scored 31.

Ummm… the december writing test scores have not come out yet for anyone…

The writing scores are out for some kids. My kid took the ACT on Sept and again on Dec. In Sept, she scored a 29 on the writing and we are shocked she got a 19 in the Dec one.
