I took the ACT for the 2nd time in february. I scored a 31. I hoped that i had done a lot better. I went through kaplans premier program and skimmed barrons ACT 36 2 days before. Is there any suggestions for how to improve my scores.

Breakdown
English 33
math 30
reading 29
science 32

Focus on reading and math specifically, and try to get a better grasp of the questions. Taking released or practice exams can help you to better understand the nuances of the questions, as well. Familiarizing yourself with the exam is important.

Also, if you know which kinds of questions tripped you up, you can focus on those.

I did it so its do able
just take practice test and yeah just focus on math and reading

Get yourself a good review book and continue to practice under timed conditions. The one I suggest over and over is The Princeton Review: Cracking the ACT. That is the best advice I have for anyone taking the ACT who wants to improve.
